The Catholic Register and Michael Coren are parting ways after the award-winning columnist confirmed that he has joined the Anglican Church.
Coren was received into the Anglican Church of Canada on April 23 in a ceremony at Toronto鱿鱼视频app St. James Cathedral.
He had been privately worshipping as an Anglican since 2014.
鈥淚t is an amicable parting and on behalf of The Register and its readers, I wished Michael the best,鈥� said Jim O鈥橪eary, The Register鱿鱼视频app Publisher and Editor.
Coren said he found it difficult to reconcile his personal views with some moral teachings of the Church.
